Youth Fitness
Training -
New Program!
Previously, youth in the age range from 11-15
were not allowed in the weight room or upstairs for use of the
cardio equipment. Starting in mid-April, a new Youth Fitness
Training Program has been started to train and "certify" youth
to use the weight room and cardio equipment.

(up to 3 hours) Mon thru Wed 12:15 to 3:15 pm
If your child is between the ages of two and
a half and five years of age, you are welcome to have your child
join us; then collect your child any time up to three hours

Invigorating fusion of Pilates,
yoga & ballet. The core exercises of Pilates tone & tighten,
while yoga & ballet stretch and lengthen muscles to create a
